Andy went snowboarding today, leaving us two ladies home alone. Luckily Tilly had a blissful two hour nap this morning, so I got all the cleaning done, running around madly.
So as a treat and as I was in the mood for baking, I made the most delicious brownies from a fantastic recipe I'd found here -chocolate cheesecake brownies, (mine had a slight variation of dairy milk 'tasters' replacing the chocolate chips).
mmmmmmmm, they are divine.
